Walked into the room and immediately noticed stains on the bedding, hair left in the shower, hair tie left on the floor so clearly not vacuumed or checked thoroughly, also huge hole in the wall. Aircon leaked and wouldn't allow heat to be turned on even though it was cold. Elevator very old and if it breaks down with you on it you risk getting fined $2000… Staff were fine.

It was a cheap deal for one night stay at the weekend. But you get what you pay for. It was generally clean, good air conditioning and excellent location. But it's a tired hotel in need of refurbishment. The bathrooms have some weird stairs to the bath that's a serious slip hazard. It smells of febreeze and there's a low humming from an industrial fan or something. The walls are paper-thin. Neighboring guests had a party at 3pm and again at 1am. No parties allowed, but it's not strictly enforced. Listened to a couple fight on my floor at 1 or 2am. This place would benefit for some after hours security and desk assistance. But its cheap for a clean place to sleep (if you have ear plugs) Do not recommend on a weekend, if you have young kids, or solo female traveler. Bring earplugs and lots of patience.
This is a serious slip hazard.
Does not enforce the no party rule well.
