The hotel pool was cloudy and slimy , filter was not working, the $450 I paid to stay was way over priced , shower floor was stained and there was mold. I was cold overnight no blankets !

The Best Western Plus The Hammondsport Hotel was a fantastic choice for our family of three adults and two kids. We were immediately impressed by how spacious and spotlessly clean our room was, easily accommodating all five of us. As a traveling family, we especially appreciated the thoughtfulness that the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived—a huge win! All the amenities provided were great and contributed to a very comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, offering plenty of variety for both the adults and the children. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Overall, this was an excellent purchase and we highly recommend it, especially for families!

Fine, except I had to sleep on the floor. Have stayed in ten different hotels in last two weeks. The bed in this one was excruciatingly uncomfortable - felt like it was infested with bugs (but I could see nothing). Immediate relief when I got away from the bed.

Most of the staff was very nice. They put us in a handicap room. The bathroom was terrible when you take a shower it would flood the whole bathroom. Went to complain and instead of offering to move us they just laughed and handed us a bunch towels. There was also mold all around the shower floor. Otherwise the place was very clean and the other people working were very friendly. The breakfast and people working it were excellent. The restaurant at nite was also very good.
