Very charming rooms. Keep in mind that the next four units which included ours will be renovated during this winters off season. I did discuss my concerns with the owner. Upon entering our room we were hit with a musty damp smell. We left the door open to get some dry air in the room. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom thus the cause of the dampness. I felt like my sheets were wet again due to the dampness in the room. The owner appreciated my comments and will be addressing them. Carpet to be removed and exhaust fans will be part of the renovation. We were not to thrilled about the breakfast options. Yogurt and cereals. No fruit and only regular coffee, no decaf. One nice thing was there was regular dish ware to use. No styrofoam or paper plates. Kuddos on that.

Although the owner was very, very nice, the property is dated and in need of upkeep and refurbishing. Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time.

Great for quick overnight stay

Older Motel that has been cleaned up. Rates were good for the area. Room was clean. We just needed a place to sleep. We got back to the room about 110pm and left the next morning at 7:30.

The Vinehurst Inn and Suites is a motel along the road leading into Hammondsport. The room was extremely clean and the check-in was very efficient. The beds were really comfortable. The ceilings are high and the air conditioner was doing extra duty trying to keep the room cool. The bathroom is small and there is no shelf to put toiletries. The continental breakfast in the morning was excellent. I would stay here again.

Room had an odor, bed was not comfortable, room had 2 air conditioners on max and the room wasn’t cool at all. We were in town for a concert and when the concert was over there was nowhere open to eat so we didn’t stay, we packed up our stuff and drove home after the concert. Nice area to visit but I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you bring your own food

I enjoyed my stay at this particular motel because I view it as a quaint country setting that I lack on most other trips that I take. It provided everything I needed to really relax and enjoy being in the area. I admit it's not for everyone but my needs are simple so I simply relaxed and enjoyed!

The staff was wonderful and very helpful on things to experience while we were there. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with a nice set up. Unfortunately the outside was overgrown which might detour guests but they had a nice outside seating with fire pits to relax by. We had a great time.

Very pleasant person checking me in. Interesting quirky building, good parking on a main road. The room was just cute, with a very large bathroom and an adorable bright red matching fridge and microwave. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Clean, quiet and lots of room. However the rooms werevery dark not enough light. Beds very uncomfortable hard mattress and the air conditioning is window fan and only kept main room cool. So you were hot sleeping.
