Built in 2015. This single bed room condo features granite countertops and in-unit laundry and one reserved parking! For extra cars there is paid garages behind the building. Family and kid friendly.

Please note association policy no pets, no exceptions. No smoking anywhere in property.

We loved so many things about this condo! Arun was very easy to reach, the location can't be beat, the condo was clean, had basically anything you could need in the kitchen, comfortable bed, big shower, view of the beach and ocean, so much storage....I could go on and on. We were so comfortable there and 100% recommend!

Nice oceanfront condo that has all of the amenities. Property manager, Arun was responsive and pleasant. We had a great two weeks and the weather was fantastic. We prefer this end of the strip as it is a bit quieter than the south end. Fireworks view from the balcony is terrific.

Couple getaway!!!

We had a great time at the beach, despite some rain. Arun was always responsive throughout the rental process. The condo was very modern and had everything you would need. The location and view were spot on! Excellent spot for viewing sunrise, sunsets and the fireworks! You can stay for a week and never have to drive for anything! Plenty of restaurants and snacks to be found! We would rent this unit again! Thanks for sharing your property!

Amazing stay

Very nice condo right above the beach. Amazing views from the deck and perfect view for fireworks. Also nice and quiet. Close to everything. Owner was very friendly and helpful.
