The neighbourhood is peaceful, friendly and incredibly walkable. Kids can scooter to the village, couples can wander with a coffee in hand, and families can enjoy easy access to playgrounds, picnic spots and nearby attractions.

Guests have full access to the property apart from a small locked shed attached to the carport.

During your stay, please adhere to the following rules:

A maximum of 8 guests are allowed.

Pets are welcome, but please keep them off all furniture including the beds.

Please remove shoes while inside the house. If you explore the beautiful forest trails and end up with muddy shoes, no stress, a boot/shoe brush is handily located inside the front gate to sweep off any mud on your shoes. If you get caught in the rain while out exploring, coat hooks are located in the porch area for you to hang any wet or muddy clothing.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No parties, events, or commercial photography are permitted.

Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside and on the deck area.

Before you leave, gather used towels, dispose of trash, turn off appliances, return keys, and lock up.

Report any damage ASAP so we can sort it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at '17 on Cheltenham'. The house was perfect for our family of three generations including a 4 year old. We loved the wood burner, fire pit, comfy sofas & beds, and books & games for all ages. The location was great - minutes walking distance to woodland walks, hot pools, and town.
