The room was small, with internal window, which we basically kept it shut the whole time. It was clean, staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, but can be better! Location is great! Sound proofing is horrible. People walking in the corridors and even in their rooms you can hear them.

Im not impressed much about this hotel. But for the staff are different story. All the people at the front desk, door openers very well English speaking, specially two young ladies at the breakfast bar. Customer service top notch. I will be back just for them

Great location in the old quarter. Staff are kind & helpful. Breakfast is great with lots of choices, particularly liked the egg station from omelets to egg benedict. Room tip: avoid the 11th floor if you want to sleep in past 6:30am as is this is when the restaurant opens that is located on the 12th floor. You can hear the scraping of the chairs. Roof top bar was closed due to maintenance. Overall a very good stay.

The water pressure from shower can be a little stronger. Overall room size and cleanliness is excellent ! Staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful… Room size is perfect for a couple with large luggages. Located in the old quarter, we enjoyed walking around. It is safe both day and night but is crowded. Driving would be an issue with heavy traffic. We had spent a good 2 days there.

I had a wonderful stay at May de Ville Hotel in Hanoi and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city, from hidden gems to the best local dining spots. Their knowledge and willingness to help added so much value to my trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing space to return to after a busy day in Hanoi. The service throughout my stay was consistently thoughtful and professional, creating an atmosphere of care and attention that made all the difference.
