Really lovely, stylish boutique hotel with incredible staff. Super comfy bed! Amazing and really helpful front desk! We arrived in Hanoi in not really good time, because of the Virus outbreak almost every tourist destination was closed or about to be close. The guys did everything to Help us have a nice stay. We couldn’t ask for more! Highly recommended.

The customer service was superb. I must give special mention to Hannah at reception. In a team of great staff she stood out as exceptional. Breakfast was good and staff did everything they could think of to make our stay fabulous. The welcome was especially lovely

this place is a gem located near the heart of Hanoi city but away from all the loud noisy night life activities. It is a short distance to Tong Duy Tan street food areas and where the train track cafes are. Street food and bars/pubs are walking distance from the hotel . The setting of the hotel as well as interior designs of the room is elegant and very classy.

Never expect such a decent hotel. Staff is excellent professional like 5 star hotel, very warm welcome, polite, and direct me all the way to rooms. Let me feel like I am coming home, will definitely coming back and recommend to friends and relative. Breakfast and all facilities clean and tidy with such a budget price. Having a budget price but with a 5 star hotel service.

Amazing staff that went above and beyond. They helped me arrange a walking food tour. They organized a taxi to take our luggage to another hotel when we had to check out. And they didn’t charge us. Great value. Great place.

Charming hotel!!

This is hotel that knows how to look after their guests! For us, it ticked every box from the lovely, colonial era style of decor to the amazing service from all the team, as well as a great breakfast, amazing spa and perfect location. Here’s some detailed info to help you make your decision... - Location - it’s fairly central and if you exit the hotel and turn left then the old town is a 15 min walk, or turn right and you’ll find the new town around 15 mins too. Train street (worth a visit!) is 5 mins away and locally there are some lovely restaurants (try Old Hanoi, 5 min walk away). - The service - Just perfect, from the welcome with sit down drinks to every member of staff giving a sincere greeting. One example of the proactive service is that we had an overnight boat trip for Ha Long bay planned. Upon checkin they asked us which company we had booked with, and a day later when we enquired at reception how to get there they had already phoned the tour company, confirmed everything and arranged a taxi pick up for the exact time we needed! - Facilities - There’s a rooftop pool plus a gym with 2 treadmills, 2 bikes and a rack of weights. The spa is excellent and popular, although we got same day evening appointments twice. Prices are very reasonable (we had 2 facials, 2 massage so a total of 2 hours for 2 people for £85). - The rooms - Well appointed and modern, with a lovely bathroom. This hotel is just lovely and you won’t regret staying here :)

Every Detail was absolutely perfect

We loved our stay here! The staff was so amazing - accommodating and helpful. The location is great - a short (15 min) walk to the Old Quarter and very near many other attractions. The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. Two free bottles of water + some snacks left every day. The breakfast was phenomenal! There was a variety of foods both Asian and western in the buffet (fried rice, spring rolls, bacon, hash browns) as well as cereal and breads, fruit + an al a cart menu with eggs, pancakes, pho, and much more. We did not try the hotel restaurant so no review there. It was too cold to swim but the pool was very nice - a little small but rooftop with nice views. The gyms was also small but had the essentials. Both the pool and gym were clean and modern looking. We have not a single complaint and would happily stay here again.
