Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This hotel does not use Expedia anymore. They had no idea of my booking and I was stranded there having to pay cash for the booking. Expedia finally refunded me after 4 calls and escalating to management. Pathetic.
