The staff were lovely and the hotel very clean and rooms in good condition. We had an issue with the facilities at the hotel. It does not have either an onsite bar or a pool bar and the restaurant only services breakfast. Not at all what was advertised on the hotels.com website. However, the hotel management reacted to our complaint quickly with professionalism and understanding. We were very happy with their solution. How they handled the situation impressed us. Therefore overall a very good stay indeed.

I recently stayed at the SQ Hang Gai Hotel & Spa, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The Room: My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a quiet and comfortable sanctuary away from the bustling streets of Hanoi. The Staff: The entire team was incredibly courteous and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Special Mention: A huge thank you to Hana! She truly made my stay special with her exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot—right in the center of the Old Quarter, within easy walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and the best local food. We booked the (family) triple room , only problem is the shower where the bathtubi is,no ahower curtains, so its quite wet after u finished using the shower, but otherwise the toom is roomy enough for the 3 of us, not too noisy , though its not really soundproofed, The staff are helpful, friendly, polite. The area is safe.
