It wasn't so good, not clean. They gave us room at the 5th floor while difficult for our 2 seniors over 73 with heart problem to walk the stairs. Elevator didn't work and I didn't see any operations to fix it. Looks like poorly managed.

Elevator was broken. Staff was friendly and as accommodating as possible. Building was dated and unclean. Bathroom cleanliness was fair and lacked items. Bed was comfortable. I've stayed at a few different Holiday Inn Express's. This one was in the poorest condition.

To start our room wasn't ready at 2:45pm ok sure we were 15 mins early. We waited til 4pm and still our room wasn't ready. After driving 4 hours you dont want to wait if its 98 degrees outside. Our first day trip was ruined due to that since we couldn't drop off and go. The breakfast was ok too many kids for my liking for families unfortunately. The pool wasnt clean either really dirty on our first day. Ruined even more with kids making racist remarks at eachother. Overall pool is average not clean is the issue. Room was average at best smelled werid before we when got there. No towels we had to ask. Room cleaning was half efficient because the cleaner folded one bed and left the other undone most of the room untouched nor really worked on. Room design is awful particularly the shower. Was offered points never got anything. Wouldnt recommend and not going with this chain ever again from first impressions. The only thing it has going for it is being near Hershey park but again being understaffed can only be used so much as a excuse for being there 2 days. Also elevator is super slow and broke too theres that. Score:1 or 3 of out ten

I rather sleep in the car next time. Hotel was super Dirty and room was old and outdated. The bathroom shower was clogged and the response I received is no one from maintenance working and we have no rooms available. Morning breakfast all available was muffins and cereal and lady was assigned to the breakfast area was super rude when another customer asked her if the waffle machine maker was broken.Just book a somewhere else save the hassle

Our room had dirty walls and wreaked of marijuana smoke!! The tiles in the bathroom were discolored and looked like they were holding water that could break any moment. While we were there, there was no hot breakfast due to a broken oven, but no discount was given on our nightly cost.

When I got there they told me they had overbooked and told me that it wasn’t their problem. They refused to answer the phones when Expedia attempted to call them to see what was happening. I was then told they would call the police on me if I didn’t leave the hotel. I refused to leave because I was with my young child and had no where to go.

Filthy Dog hair everywhere , floors dirty, sheets with hair; mold on ceiling and shower head rusty; staff refused to change sheets , moved 3 times; didn’t get the room selected at the addition cost . Didn’t get the sofa bed ; refused to refund money, but one night if we stayed. Night of horror. Will not recommend. Elevator stop working for four hours. Had more photos but only could post eight.

Room was extremely dirty. No mattress pad on the bed. Big stains all over the mattress and box spring. Black specs on the mattress. Bathtub had big yellow stain. Complained to the GM. He offered no solution. Ended up leaving the hotel and booking elsewhere. Would not recommend

I extended my booking for one additional day well in advance—20 days prior—and confirmed the total charges for the two-day stay at the time of the extension. I also reconfirmed the amount before checking in. However, after checking out, I was shocked to find multiple transactions on my credit card totaling $350 more than the agreed booking amount. I immediately contacted the hotel, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any explanation or resolution. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The lack of transparency and accountability in the billing process is unacceptable, especially from a reputed group like Hilton. Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider booking with Hilton properties in the future and will be cautious about recommending them to others. I request that this issue be investigated promptly

We were very disappointed. They were short handed often, so we didn’t get our rooms cleaned like we should have. We had to bag up our own trash and send it out. Nobody did any cleaning or making of the bed. At one point I request our sheets get changed due to my child having a minor accident. (A small spot was slightly wet.. but nobody came and changed it. I specifically got this hotel because it had a pool. The pool was closed the whole week we were there due to the person being on vacation. We didn’t have ice most of the days because the machines were down. Very disappointing and we couldn’t go there again. I would love atleast a partial refund because I booked 2 rooms for a week.

My queen size bed was horrible. It was very squeaky when I moved around. I asked for another room but they didn't have one for me. I had to be very firm to them in order for them to gve me another room. I would never go back to this hotel.
