We just had the best long weekend at this home. We found everything to be exactly as you would expect for a home away from home. The host was responsive to our questions and the property is amazing! We really enjoyed the hot tub a sauna after a long day on the ice and there was even a surprise playroom in the basement for our toddler. The town is adorable with great food and shopping options. Village tie up bakery was a stand out for sure! We cannot wait to go back. 10/10

This rental is beautiful! The house is spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location on the lake is private. The hot tub and sauna are perfect additions. Dina was a great host and communicated every detail. Would rent here again!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The layout of the house worked perfectly for our family, and we especially loved the beautiful beach area, the lake, and the property itself. The amenities were fantastic—having the sauna was such a treat—and the kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together.The owner was an excellent communicator, always easy to reach and very responsive. She truly went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, which we really appreciated.As others have mentioned, the home is on a semi-busy street. For us, the only minor downside was that we enjoy taking walks with our little ones, so instead we just made loops around the property.Overall, this is a wonderful place to relax and recharge, and we are definitely planning a return visit!

Perfect Lake front getaway

Dina was communicative and responsive from the start of the booking with the information she provided about the home and the expectations. She answered any questions we had including adding an extra day and also boat rentals! The house had everything you needed to cook some meals to enjoy at home, plenty of linens and towels if needed and the home’s peace was invaluable. It is such a great place to spend some time with your family, even our dog enjoyed the change in scenery. We only got to enjoy the boats for one day, but it was still great to have had the experience and maybe next time we will get better weather! We look forward to another visit in the future, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Fabulous family beach vacation

Wonderful location for family of 7 adults and 2 children with accessible beach and lake. The water is shallow enough for toddlers to play and pleasant for adults to swim and kayak. The house was clean and functional for a large group and the large dining room table was ideal for dinners and games. We would be happy to stay again.

Relaxing Vacation

We vacation in the Harrison, Maine area every year to spend time with our family in the area. Upon arrival, Dina let us know the dishwasher was not working and would be repaired in less than 48 hours (Monday morning). Her husband installed a brand new dishwasher on Monday! Dina fully communicated with us, addressed a few issues we had initially so we were comfortable the entire two weeks we stayed. The house is well stocked with towels, sheets, kitchen appliances, etc. The beach is perfect for building sandcastles and relaxing in the afternoon sun. Note, the lake entry is shallow for quite a ways and there is some noise from passing cars/trucks. The street noise was not noticeable inside and not objectionable while enjoying the lake. Thanks for a great couple of weeks!

What a great family vacation!

We had perfect sleeping and playing spaces for 6 adults and 3 kiddos. Plenty of parking, a beautiful beach, clear water— everything we could ask for. There was a big dining table for us all to eat together inside, and a picnic table outside. Big grassy area for lawn games (we brought). For those of those with littles— the water is shallow, so perfect for non-swimmers. Communication with the owner was top-notch. Thanks for the stay! Hope to return next year!

Amazing stay

We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful lake house. The listing was incredibly accurate, and the private beachfront access was better than described. It was perfect for our family which had a lot of children and little fisherman who enjoyed fishing off the dock and the nearby river. The house was absolutely huge and provided a lot of opportunity to spread out, but also had a large enough dining room and screened in porch area to be together.

Awesome property, great place besides 2 thongs

My friends and I loved the house, comfortable furniture and beds, grill had propane, and kitchen was stocked so we had the ability to cook. My only issues were we didn't have linens for all the beds. We also were given the wrong door code and were stuck out in the rain on check in, with many attempts made to make contact. Owners eventually made contact a little to laye but we already got in at that time.

Welcome to the Secret Garden

Someone had a vibrant garden about fifty years ago, and you get to enjoy the nostalgia 😁 The grounds are lovely from the private beach (with shallow water, perfect for little ones), to the outdoor dining with beautiful trees and plants. The house couldn’t be more comfortable!! Okay, perhaps a live-in cook is the only thing missing!😂 So thankful our large family was able to enjoy this beautiful vacation home!

Wonderful Time

Covers all the bases

This large lake house comfortably accommodated our family. The outdoor space was a nice grassy lawn leading down to the private sandy beach. Great for toddlers who could go in the shallow water. Firepits each night were fun for all. This is our favorite place to stay for our annual lakeside family vacation.

Crystal Lake Perfection!

Incredible house in an amazing location! The lake house has everything you need-great family spaces, a well designed and stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet beauty of Crystal Lake. The expansive beach and shallow entry into the lake were perfect for our family, including our toddler granddaughter who is just beginning to swim. It was a perfect spot to spend the day swimming, kayaking and nature watching as loons, herons and ducks paraded by. Glimpses of the Milky Way and beautiful night skies were an unexpected treat for the night owls in our group. Dina is a gracious host who made checking in and out a breeze. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful lake home with us, Dina! We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay at Harrison Maine lake house

We stayed at this cozy Harrison Maine lake house with our family members. There were 6 adults and 1 child. There were plenty of spacious bedrooms and beds. We really enjoyed sitting in the chairs on the sand and looking at the beautiful view of the lake. We also loved using the spacious hot tub. I highly recommend renting this home!

Lovely spot on Crystal Lake

Wife and I came for five nights to do some autumn hiking. Dina’s property was perfectly located in Harrison, with just a short drive to both Bridgton and Norway. Property is clean, well equipped, and offers prime views on the lake. Would highly recommend

Amazing property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Crystal Lake. The home is very well maintained and on an absolutely gorgeous piece of property. The sandy beach is large and there is so much room to roam around and enjoy the outdoors. Our dog was in heaven. More practically, the beds were comfortable and many details were attended to. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and I would absolutely recommend this home to others.

So much fun on the lake

The property on Crystal Lake was phenomenal. The house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The grandkids all enjoyed the beach and the lake, and had great fun in the hot tub. We rented kayaks, and everyone took a turn on the water. One of my sons said it was the best of the vacation homes we've rented over the years, and he was absolutely right. Everyone has a great time!

Family Reunion on the Lake

What an amazing house and property. Large enough to comfortably house a multigenerational family reunion. Beautiful big kitchen, where we prepared every meal. Everyone felt comfortable, we were not on top of each other. We played many games on the expansive lawn. The sandy beach was great for the little ones. We rented kayaks and paddleboards from Lake Region Paddle and they were delivered right to the lake, it was very convenient. Dina was very accommodating and easy to work with. We had a vacation of a lifetime!
