The indoor pool was cold. I reserved a King size Bed room,and when I got there they said they was over book,and gave me 2 queen size beds. After I reserved and paid. So didnt get what I wanted. Did go swimming, but like I said water was cold!!! Pool not worth it.

Elevator was down the first 2 days. Gym was extremely hot with multiple pieces of cardio equipment out of order. Almost all the couches by the pool are dirty and stained. The room was poorly lit.

Nice hotel. Room was clean, no issues there. Morning shift staff should be increased to help with breakfast. We waited 25 minutes for coffee and still never got it. The lady was trying but she wasnt gonna keep up alone as the only hostess and waitress. Just an idea.

staff was amazing, cookies great, lively sheets and bedding, bed, and pillows. Nice tiling. But too dark and issues with cleanliness in the shower, door jams, lamps, and door handles, and chair. Carpet was crunchy when walked on.

We booked this hotel for college drop off at James Madison University and is very convenient as it’s only 10 minutes or less away from campus and off campus housing. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Will be my go to hotel in Harrisonburg, VA

I have family in Harrisonburg so it is a multi stay destination for me over the past few years and we have stayed at various of the hotels in the area but this is definitely our favorite. A lot of amenities for the money.

Hotel is kept extremely clean but outdated

The hotel is in dire need of a refresh. Rooms are very dark and not enough lighting. It is an extremely clean hotel but not appointed like I am used to for a Hilton.
