I am pretty sure we were the first ones to stay in this room as there was still air in the water line. New hotel with that new smell. Well staffed. The HVAC unit made a flap noise every time the compressor turned off about every 5-10 minutes.

The property had only been open 2 weeks when we visited, so everything was spotless. You can literally walk to walmart, the parking lots meet, and there are various eateries within 1/2 a mile. The only negative thing was the water pressure in the shower, probably debris from the new pipes? It was so slow!

Front desk staff failed to disclose it was a 50$ /day hold for miscellaneous items. When questioned about being charged 100$ instead of $50 it was then clarified. The room was nicely appointed. It was clean. The ac/heat has to be switched manually. Parking is open but the spots are small.

We had looked to checkout a day early (sue to illness) and receive a refund and the staff informed us cleaning only comes certain days and this was not possible. I find this highly unusual and there was no consideration from front desk. Not good service and plan to escalate this to Hyatt management.

Nice, new hotel and overall a decent stay, but a few things were disappointing. The room was booked for 6 people, yet there were no extra sheets or towels already provided, which would’ve been helpful. We also noticed a stain on the comforter and found a dirty M&M on the floor, which made the room feel less clean than expected. The fridge wasn’t turned on, so when we went to grab our items in the morning, everything we had stored wasn’t cold. The grab-and-go breakfast was fine, but it was a letdown that there were no drink options for kids—only coffee and tea available.
