The room was sufficient for an overnight stay after visiting the CrossKeys Vineyard. But every time I went into the bathroom, there were bugs on the tub, the walls, the floor, crawling out from under the door frame. It was obvious to me that extermination for insects hasn't been done. I will not book a room with Ramada in the future.

Our first room was glitchy and had no working air conditioner. The second room we were placed in was also glitchy, had a leaking air conditioner, and a live cockroach on the floor.

Well I guess you get what you pay for. This old run down motel was apparently purchased by Ramada and they tried to put lipstick on a pig. Dirty common areas, trash bins are disgusting and clearly haven’t been cleaned in years. No coffe maker, ice bucket or iron/ironing board in room. Shower faucet in my unit broken (still functional. Poor lighting in room. Supposedly free breakfast in morning but nothing out at 7:15am on a Sunday. AC cycles on only every hour or so, so the room gets uncomfortably hot, then uncomfortably cold. When I thought it was broken, I will say the front desk attendant came right over, but by then it had cycled on again of course. Go figure. There are two other properties right next door to this one. I can only assume they were better. Lesson learned.

The hotel was very rundown and the rooms smelled. There were sketchy people hanging out in the stairwells and parking lots - smoking and talking loudly. Not a place I would come to again!

The room was clean but the bathtub was stained with orange water streams. We booked the room for 5 people & when we got there the room only had 2 double beds. The front desk said only the king bed room has a sofe bed but this still only sleeps 4. I asked how did your hotel allow me to book for 5 people knowing it doesn't sleep 5 people. He said he could look for a roll away bed. So we got an old, squeaky metal, thin mattress bed. The breakfast wasn't in th whorel but next door in another hotel. We opted for Dunkin Donuts. We won't stay here again. We booked the Sleep Inn for our trip home. 110% better, bigger with tje entrance in the building not outside for a better price.
