Staff and hotel were nice for the price, bed clean and comfortable. Bathroom in the king room really needed redone. Shower very old and cracked with some mildew. Room clean but dusty in the edges, some stains on curtains and walls, just needs a really good cleaning and new curtains. Would stay again.

Check-in was fine, but could not get Wi-Fi to work. Even asked at the desk and multiple people trying to help but no one could resolve the issue. In the morning after breakfast returning to our room, both keys did not work. We had to go back down and the issued new keys still not working. Very much a nuisance Other than that, it was a decent stay and clean with comfortable bed.

The bed was awful, the pillow too. Pube hair on the wall. Wasnt mine or husbands! Ignore the good reviews! Trust the reviews regarding customer service. Nothing when we were checking in, except last name? Not much difference in the check out, turning keys back in. I will say the positives on our room. The PRESSURE from the shower, yes! The length of the bathroom counter, nice. The tv didnt glitch out at all, check! The towels are sixe of hand towels and the shower stall is like 2" wide and worried you're going to fall by slipping on the curtain! Please dont stay here unless its the last resort. Oh and my husband said his pillow was dirty!

The room was old, the building smelled of popcorn throughout. We were not provided with washcloths and only 2 towels. The shower was small but the temperature and water pressure were great. The heat worked very well in the room.
