We’ve been to this hotel a couple of times before and had a nice stay. This time we were less impressed. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best, the pool was cloudy, and the overall appearance seemed less clean than usual. The staff was friendly, which we always appreciate.

The property was very dirty and unkept. The pool was green. there were flies in the bathroom in the pool area. We found hair in our bathroom when we checked in like it had not been properly cleaned. We asked for clean towel and for our trash to be taken out. they made us come to the desk and get our own towels and they made us put our own trash out at the end of our hall. Anytime we had an issue and there were many they would tell us no management available. We had no hot water for 15 hours on the day we checked out and the night before. they ended up having to refund us and a lot of other people for our entire stay.

Hotel looked dirty. No clean towels. Employee at front desk said he was by himself and didn't have access to laundry room so couldn't do the laundry to supply clean towels. He said he put in a call to management, no one ever showed up with towels. I didn't have any towels in the room so we had to go out to nearby store to purchase our own towels to use. Never experienced anything like this in any hotel.

I’ve stayed there multiple times and have enjoyed it! Both Saturday and Sunday we had to be put on a “waitlist” for towels that would get delivered to the room which never got delivered both days. There was no towels in the pool area. When we went to the front desk they stated there was no more towels for the night and the staff had already left and the person didn’t know how to run the dryer.
