The place is cute but needs updated on safety issues. Co detector due to gas furnace. Windows do not lock properly. Missing electrical plates on plugs oven door does not fit properly no gfi plug beside kitchen sink. And the bed needs replaced very dated and old.

Everything was fine, but I noticed a smell on my bedsheet. I’m not sure if it was from a bonfire, the vintage condition of the cabin, or the bedsheet itself. Also, there was a part of the bathroom window where the privacy cover was peeling, and someone outside could potentially see inside (Cabin 8). I covered it with some tissues since I didn’t get a chance to report it before I left early. Other than that, my stay was great—I might go back again because of the price and the beautiful views.

This is our forth time staying here and there will be more visits to come. The cabins may be a bit dated but they are cute and quaint. They are clean and have everything we need when we visit Canmore. We aren't the hustle and bustle family and hotels aren't our thing so this is perfect. There are fire pits to enjoy a bit of the outdoors and calmness of Harvey Heights.

They do delivery for door dash. The only thing about this chalet is that you may hear others speak nonsense so just ignore it. Other then that I have met amazing wondering people.

Great value for your money!

Nice cozy cabins, suitable for families and couples. Even though the place looks a bit beat up from outside, once you step into the cabins, they are just great. Service is just amazing, very friendly and helpful staff at front dest and housekeeping.
