About this space
Welcome to our home. We are delighted to offer the opportunity to stay in our newly refurbished property located in Hatfield.
The 3 Bedroom house has been designed and equipped to a high standard and is perfectly suited to families or small groups looking for a stylish, cosy stay in the area.
The house is ideally located in a quiet spot close to Hatfield Station and near the grounds of Hatfield House.
Inside you will find everything you will need to make your stay comfortable & relaxing.
The space
The home has a spacious kitchen dining area which is equipped with everything you should need for that home from home experience.
There is a separate living room which is ideally setup with high quality sofa's and a large Smart TV which has access to a wide range of channels and apps.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master is equipped with a Superking bed and a TV. The second bedroom has a double, and the third is a single. There is a modern bathroom equipped with a bath and shower.
The back garden has been developed into a really sociable space, with contemporary furniture surrounding a firepit. There is also a BBQ and gym apparatus.
There is a travel cot and a high chair for anybody who is staying with little ones.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house throughout their stay.
Other things to note
Parking areas surround the property, however there is a permit requirement between 9am & 6pm Monday to Friday. Old Rectory Drive has 2 hours free parking within the restricted times and would suit anybody returning from work at 4/5pm.
Full Parking Permits for the day can be purchased at an additional £2 day, please contact us to arrange.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
