Venez profiter d'un sĂ©jour dans notre confortable studio Oceanside Beach, avec un accĂšs communautaire (Ă  seulement 200 mĂštres) Ă  la plage sereine de Hatteras Village. Profitez d'une excursion de pĂȘche sur l'une des nombreuses chartes au dĂ©part de Hatteras Marina, juste en bas de la route, ou mĂȘme de la pĂȘche au surf sur la plage. Si la pĂȘche n'est pas votre truc, venez vous dĂ©tendre sur la belle plage et regardez les vagues aller et venir. Si vous voulez des activitĂ©s de plein air, essayez le kite surf, la planche Ă  voile ou le surf dans l'OBX. Des excursions en kayak et des excursions d'observation des dauphins sont Ă©galement disponibles Ă  proximitĂ©. DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez du sable entre vos orteils Ă  e = msea2.

Ce studio de plage surélevé est à environ un mile du ferry d'Ocracoke dans le village de Hatteras. Et est idéalement situé à proximité de nombreux restaurants et magasins locaux.

Ce gite vous propose son studio, pour votre plus grand plaisir. Le studio dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'un canapé-lit, d'une cuisine récemment rénovée et d'une salle de bains design mise à jour. Cette unité peut accueillir 2 (ou jusqu'à 4 en utilisant le canapé-lit) et dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, TV, lecteur DVD, chaßne stéréo et accÚs à une laveuse et sécheuse (sur la propriété) ainsi que l'accÚs à la grande terrasse, avec un bain à remous et un grill. Nous incluons également l'accÚs Internet sans fil et la télévision par cùble. Profitez de la vue sur le Pamlico Sound depuis ce studio confortable en famille ou entre amis.

Si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace, demandez-nous de louer le chalet principal. Le chalet principal a un lit queen et un lit king, une cuisine récemment rénovée et des salles de bains design mises à jour. Cette unité peut accueillir 4 ou 5 personnes et dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, d'une télévision, d'un lecteur DVD, d'une chaßne stéréo et d'un accÚs à la grande terrasse.

Nous essayons de ne pas louer les deux maisons lorsqu'une est louée. Nous vous encourageons fortement à souscrire une assurance vacances, pendant la saison des ouragans, car des fermetures de routes seront à prévoir.

Absolutely perfect rental for a couple or small family. Myself and my 9yo son just spent a week here and wanted for nothing. Owner is a great communicator. If you’re on the fence, jump over it. Very nice shower and everything you would need is already in the unit

A Cozy Cottage

This place was perfect for just the 2 of us. It is quiet and peaceful. It has a beautiful view of the sound and a short walk to the beach. It is located with in walking distance to stores.The ower was so easy to work with.

Great Little Place

This property was perfect for my husband and me along with our little dog. It was a short walk to the beach and the location was very near to shops, restaurants, museums and the ferry to Okracoke. It is like a one room type cottage with a queen size bed, 2 recliners, and a sleeper couch. The kitchen is stocked pretty good with cookware and dish cleaning supplies. The owner is very nice and was very quick with communication. We had a bonus of a view of the sound and deer below our deck daily in the afternoon.

Nice stay

Overall, the property met expectations. Very clean and worked well for my husband, myself, and our dog. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. Just a short walk down the street and up the dune. We enjoyed the area very much. Quiet and sleepy at this time of year but that is what we were looking for. Mark is an excellent communicator and was very prompt to answer any questions. Hot tub was older but working. There was a bit of sand in it before we even used it the first time. Wish there was more dish, hand soap and paper towels. We would have brought that if we needed to but didn't know that. I would recommend bringing those for yourself as well as some type of plastic wrap or Reynolds wrap for leftovers. All in all, good stay. Thanks Mark!

Perfect trip

Mark was absolutely amazing! He was very communicative and made the whole process extremely easy and not stressful. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly. The house was beautiful and the perfect location to the beach. Clean hot tub and clean grill with a full tank of propane and everything you need was right there! Couldn’t have asked for a better host and location! His prices are MORE than fair!! We will surely be booking again in the future!

Great place!

The unit was just as described. Located on the upper floor, it faced the Sound. It was a short walk down the block to the ocean. Even in mid-October there were a number of stores abnd restaurants open. Plenty of places to walk and explore. Definitely plan to return. The unit was nicely furnished and appointed. Bed was very comfortable.

10/10 Fantastic Beach Stay

My husband, myself and our puppy booked a 4 night stay through VRBO at the Cozy Studio Oceanside in Hatteras Village, NC, and the place exceeded our expectations!!! The studio was clean, kitchen and bathroom well stocked, had all the amenities of home. Added bonus was the beach was a mere 200 yard walk. Mark the owner was very easy to reach and answered all of questions We will definitely book a future vacation!!!

Mark's place is awesome. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were not able to enjoy a full week stay but communication with Mark was top notch. He is extremely responsive and a very generous host. We have already booked his place for another week.

EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT!!

It was a wonderful experience. We had never stayed at a VRBO and so were apprehensive, but this was great. Mark Turner was great always responding in a timely manner. The place was just right for the 2 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub, there was a washer/dryer there--we didn't use and a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. Everything was perfect and I would recommend this to anyone with just 2 people.

Perfect beach getaway

This was our 4th year at e=mSea2 and it was easily the best yet. The house is perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. Great amenities, perfect location just down the street from the beach, and Mark is an amazing host. If you are looking for peace and quiet, the most beautiful beach on the East Coast, and phenomenal food, then this is the place for you.

Hatteras Hideaway!

The listing for this property is pretty misleading. It lists a one bedroom and it it’s not a bedroom. The whole apt is one big room so really it’s a bed in the back side of the livingroom. Ocean was a little more then 200 yards which was not a problem but the road leading to it was underwater our whole stay so watch the weather . If it rains or has rained a lot the area floods easily. Also there was a lot of construction debri, an old hot tub and other junk in the area where you park. Unit advertised a washer and dryer. That is also under the house where you park. Rusted and broken and not hooked up! TV remote had dead batteries which lead to several hours of trying to figure out why the tv wouldn’t work!! However , with that being said
 The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was close. The owner can’t control the weather! Also owner was very easy to communicate with,and check in was pretty simple .( since the door was left unlocked) since the door was unlocked!)

Perfect Beach House for a Couple

This was our second stay here and we had another wonderful week in Hatteras. The studio apartment is the perfect place for a couple. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The beach is just a short walk away. Unfortunately we had bad luck with the weather but we stayed nice and dry in the apartment despite some really heavy rain. We will definitely be back again next summer!

Hatteras delight!

This cozy studio getaway was just what we needed for a Family of 3 & our golden retriever! The kitchen had all the supplies you needed, the bathroom was huge & spacious & the bed was comfy per my Family. We never pulled out the sleeper sofa, I just slept on the sofa & had no issues. We used the mini grill we brought since I have Celiac- it was just safer for me-but there is a grill on site. We used the washer & dryer-a super nice option to have. The beach at the end of the court was such a treat in the evening- you will get beautiful pictures! The local grocery store has all you will need & they are super friendly with ALOT of good options. Ramp 49 (Billy Mitchell) is a short drive away & it is our favorite every summer to get on at. We stopped in at Hatteras Snowballs & Chilly Hank’s for a sweet treat-highly recommend! Take a day trip to Ocracoke- but get in line early for the ferry- super busy! We met the owner of the property Mark- such a gracious host! Thank you for everything! We will be back!

Our cottage was one of two connected together side by side on a raised platform that stood out in a sea of houses that all looked alike. Our stay was cozy and comfortable and perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was fully equipped and the master bath a beautiful work of art. It was pet friendly and the back yard was perfect to walk our dog.

What a nice, clean place you offer! It was perfect for the hubby and I. Plus the pup loved it too! The up grades are fantastic as well as very tasteful. Kitchen had more than we needed and the shower was as a joy (especially after a long day at the beach)! See you soon!

A quiet safe getaway down a private road, close to beach short walk. The beach was lovely and a great addition to the week because it felt like a private beach with plenty of room to enjoy!! Wonderful view off the deck of the sound side. Clean and everything you need for a wonderful vacation and throw in a hot tub and it’s spectacular! The host couldn’t be more available for any question you might have! Already booked for next year !

Great Hatteras spot!

Second stay here. Love the location and the studio has everything you need. The hot tub was heavenly especially on the cold nights I was there. Met the owner this trip and Mark was very friendly and welcoming as always. A mile to the ferry which I took to Ocracoke and spent the day. Plenty to do on Hatteras so much history, shopping and beautiful beaches. Love it there!

Perfect for 2

The little house was better than expected. Very clean. Full kitchen, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with ice maker. A/C worked wonderfully. Nice deck to sit on (bring your own chairs). The price for the house was more than fair. Just a short walk to the beach. It is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants close by. Mark is a wonderful host and such a nice man. I would recommend staying there and will stay there again.

All in one!

Great place. Larger than pictures show. Mark was very responsive and quickly responded to all my many questions before our trip and when we got there. Very clean and well kept. Bathroom fan could use a cleaning to make it more effective but overall very clean place. Gorgeous modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. Great view of the sound and short walk to beach which was wonderful. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need including some condiments in the fridge and pepper & garlic salt in the cupboard. We didn’t find the remotes to operate the DVD player until the morning we left unfortunately but it worked. Bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Hot tub was hot albeit a bit sandy. Wish it had an awning or coverage over it to protect us from wind because we only got to use it once (in cold, blustery March weather). House is a mile from great shopping at the ferry and close to restaurants museums and other shopping. It was our first stay on Hatteras Island and we got there a day after a really bad March storm had come through. There was a lot of flooding, the ferries were shut down, restaurants were closed and some things hadn’t reopened for the season yet. But the beaches were pristine as we had always heard and people were friendly and there were so many things to do on the island we enjoyed it very much. We loved the studio apartment and would definitely stay here again! We loved Hatteras and hope to get back there soon. Thanks Mark!
