The advertised property included access to a hot tub, clubhouse, and laundry. When I arrived, the hot tub was not open, the clubhouse was locked, and laundry was unavailable.
The employee who texted me to offer the combination to the unit did not answer my questions; instead said they would "look into it" and then provided no information. I waited for a response until Wednesday, when I went to the Sound or Sea Reality office to inquire about the location of the advertised amenities. Sherri attempted to assist me, however, was unable to offer access to the hot tub.
I am asking for a partial refund of my rental fee. I selected the location based on the advertised amenities and was unable to access them. As a result, I departed the unit on Thursday instead of Saturday.
