- Mattress of pullout couch was putrid, obviously not cleaned for a while (if ever) - “Clean” towels had hair on it - Called ahead to have portable crib set up, asked at check in if crib was set up, was told yes, no crib set up in the room

Staff and accommodations were great. However a sports tournament in the area brought many families with their sons between ages 9-12. These kids were out of control. Knocking into people, unable to understand the concept of a line at breakfast, and LOUD at 730 am. Parents were just as obnoxious One parent even stole my daughters pancakes. Complaints were made by numerous other guests to staff and absolutely nothing was done. If the coach was spoken to by Holiday Inn Staff and politely asked to speak to the families I think it may have been a more pleasant stay

The room smelled terrible. Horrible and unbearable. Probably the carpets need to be removed completely. Not enough towels left in room. The frig was making a noise every 5 mins could not sleep. Did not realize the water bottles are charged $9!!! It would be nice if you could give water as complimentary!!! Your breakfeast was nice and clean.

Room needed a good sturdy chair. There was no where to sit ... the room has an old desk chair and a lopsided chair neither of which we're safe chairs to sit in. Otherwise the room was very nice. The elevator was extremely Slow !

The room needs a actually cleaning. Not just surface. Couch cushions were very dirty and have chips and candy under them. Behind the sofa, full of candy leftovers. Around the bottom of the bed chips and cookie leftovers. Moved the display of towels on the counter, alot of hairs that werent mine, were behind the towels. In general, the facility was well keep, the room was average.
