The room was ok but there was one stained pillowcase with dark brown stains. And I was bitten during the night by a spider or some other vermin. A cluster of bites on my neck. Will definitely not stay there again. The receptionist was not unkind but certainly not pleasant either.

Staff was courteous. No elevator and no first floor rooms which we didn’t know. my husband has a broken ankle so navigating was tough. We did bring our pets thinking the fee was 12.00 as stated in the website but it was 17.00 which the front desk attendant said that they had reported it to the website but they didn’t change it.

It would've been nice to have an elevator for handicapped people. Good thing I was not in a wheel chair. An elevator would've been nice, so as not to have to go up the stairs. Everything else was great.
