The Bissing has character to spare, and is perfectly located to find dining downtown. The rooms and breakfast were top notch. We were crossing the country on a road trip and the Bissing and Hays are absolutely worth planning a stopover around.

The Bissing home was delightful. Decorated to the period with many photos of long ago to admire. Room and bath were very clean And bed was quite comfortable. I would highly reccomend it!

The room was adequate. I'm not a fan of polyester sheets. The breakfast times did not meet our schedule but there was continental breakfast in the fridge two of the three mornings we were there. It is a good value for the price and atmosphere.

The place to be to catch the spirit of Hays. A surprisingly cool town with a rich history. Management absolutely top-notch, friendly, and proud of their city. Clean, charming accommodations near the old town center.
