Door wouldnt lock unless slammed hard. Paint of door in bathroom was peeling and the door jam to the bathroom was broken. Walking outside to get to the room felt unsafe as it was rickety

This hotel, if you can even call it that, was disgusting! Checked in and stayed long enough to see the horrible condition of the room and promptly booked at a different hotel in a different town! It was in disrepair, unclean, and honestly should just be torn down. Never again!

I was very pleased with checking in with the manager who was wonderful. The rooms, particularly the beds, were clean. The tub was stained so I didn’t feel comfortable with my daughter having a bath. The parking lots need a lot of maintenance and some of the doors are broken or close very loudly. The breakfast was decent.

BEWARE! Front desk staff were kind and welcoming. Lobby was very nice. But that was just a facade. The hotel rooms were less than desirable. The 1st room they gave us was in a building way in the back near a dilapidated old ballroom. Outside our window was a pile of old mattresses and trash. Bathtub was peeling, tile and caulk moldy. 2nd room was across the parking lot in a run down building. There was a hole in the wall above the bed, stained carpet and a 1/2 bathtub that again was peeling, moldy and had an odd odor. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and told them we wouldn’t be staying. The clerk said she would talk to management and issue a refund. No refund was issued. We received an emailed check out receipt for the full amount because they have a non-refundable cancellation policy. Under the circumstances of the condition of the rooms we were offered, I feel a refund was in order. We chose to eat the cost rather than staying in either room and risk getting sick.

When we arrived for our reservation we put into an unsafe room on the backside of the property, when we opened the door to go in the door from the doorknob down separated, and pulled apart, did not close properly, there was a gap at the bottom of the door jam where you could put your fingers through, the phone did not work and the ceiling in the bathroom was chipping into the tub and into the floor, immediately went back to the desk to ask for another room.The young lady at the desk did try very hard to get us a room she was very considerate and helpful . New room:light, in the doorway worked sporadicly just flickered and blinked , the water in the toilet ran constantly, the room itself was not very clean and facecloths left in the bathroom with the towels were dirty ,had to chase down housekeeping to get cleaner ones . Very sad to have this experience since we have stayed there several times over the past few years and never had a problem.

Property and room were clean. Not allergy friendly. Rooms accessed through a central, internal hallway that unfortunately smelled like stale perfume; probably their cleaning supplies. Was saved by being able to open the window in the room and used the exhaust fan in the bathroom to recycle the air in the room. Decent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
