The property was very nice and clean. We felt the amenities were lacking in the unit itself the coffee mugs that were provided barely fit an 8 ounce cup of coffee. The code we were given to the outside doors was not correct. We were not able to get in from the outdoors unless we went through the garage. The 10 digit code to access the unit was frustrating. Overall, the property itself was very nice. There were just a few things that could use improvement.
All in all great stay and location.This is a perfect rental for 6 people with plenty of space. I have rented many VRBOâs and this is the only one in while that had nothing left over from prior renters. (Salt, pepper, olive oil etc). There were coffee filters and a little coffee but that was it. This is not a big deal just wanted other renters to keep that in mind.When I go back to Deer Valley I would rent again!
Three bed two bath condo. Nice open layout and close proximity to skiing and Park City area. Beautiful views in area. I would recommend this place again.
Everything was as advertised. The property was clean and very comfortable and was like home away from home. No identifiable deficiencies. We really enjoyed staying here. There was a note that we should leave the parking pass, but no parking pass was a parent anywhere in the condo. However, this was not an issue. I especially appreciate the ease of checking with all codes accurate and emailed to us on day of occupancy. Thank you for a great day.
Perfect location and place to stay for the Park City Extreme soccer tournament! Centrally located for all soccer venues. Perfect for all lace for family.
Great stay start to finish! Property management was easy to communicate with, and allowed us early check in. Property was clean and in a great location close to the mtn. Would come back!
Property was spacious and very comfortable. It felt very homey and comfortable. Great location, even though it is not on the Deer Valley village side. It is less than 5 min drive to the Jordanelle Gondola. But be aware, parking is limited at the gondola, so you.must get there before 8:30 on weekdays and even earlier on weekends. There are also some other small lots you can use. A very convenient shuttle will pick you up at the lots and drop you at gondola. Deer Valley at its best!! I would highly recommend this property, great value. I will be back.
Second time staying at this property and it didnât disappoint. Great location. It had everything that we needed and was very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. We will book this condo next time we are in town.
Nice fairly new property about 20 minutes from downtown Park City. We didnât realize you couldnât access Park City from the backside as you have to own property in Deer Valley. No shuttle either from location to downtown. Fully furnished kitchen but light on wine glasses and steak knives. Overall we were happy with the property.
This was a convenient and beautiful condo. The space was very quiet and comfortable. Easy access to Park City and Heber City. Check-in and check-out were simple. We would certainly stay there again.
Everything was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very relaxing setting and close to recreation and everything Heber and Park City.

The condo layout was perfect for our family. Parking is conveniently located under the condos. There is no bus to Deer Valley but it is just a short drive. The only complaint is that it is not sound proof and the renters above stayed up late. The noise from their activities went on until 1am -
The condo was a great launching pad for our ski week trip. Conveniently located near the Jordanelle Express Gondola with easy access to Deer Valley. The condo has everything we needed and was super clean and nice. The covered parking was a plus since it snowed the whole time.
Nice property, just as pictured. Convenient to both Park City mountains. Garage parking was a plus. The home was well appointed. If I had to be fussy, the kitchen could use more cooking tools, but there was plenty enough to cook what was needed. The property manager checked in on us to be sure all was well. There were no issues. Great trip!

Using the instructions provided by Turn Key, we entered the unit on July 1 at 4 pm, our check-in time. We found the unit under construction and uninhabitable. We then saw a text from Turn Key that the unit had damage and the owner was cancelling our reservation. Turn Key made a feeble attempt to locate another unit for us which was about 1/2 the size of the one we had reserved and was not in the Jordanelle area. We asked for further assistance to no avail. We were left completely stranded with no accommodations at the beginning of the July 4 week- end. We were lucky to find a room on July 1 in Heber City for a night. Then had to drive to Provo for 3 more nights. We spent about $800 on hotel rooms for those 4 nights.. Since we were getting no assistance or follow up from Turn Key, we independently searched for a comparable unit, 3 bedroom, 2 bath in the Jordanelle area. We found one through another vacation rental agency. If we could find it, why couldnât Turn Key? It was $1800 higher than this unit which we reserved in November 2020. We had no other choice except return home to Texas and cancel our entire vacation plans through August but that would have cost us even more money at that late date. We would have nothing to show for our costs. Therefore, our total added costs were in excess of $2600, not including additional gas and food over the July 4 week-end and the stress and anxiety of being stranded. We did receive a full refund for the unit we had reserved and Turn Key offered and indicated they would mail us an additional $1200 to cover some of our costs.. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. The only thing that would satisfy us if they would cover our entire out of pocket costs of $2600. Our communication with Turn Key was primarily through texting. Finally, about 10 days after this situation occurred, someone from Turn Key corporate in Austin called us. It was clear that there was a total lack of communication between the owner, Turn Key local personnel and Turn Key corporate. We will never rent another unit listed on VRBO that is managed by Turn Key. If you would like to talk to us, please call. We also have pictures of what we encountered.
