Our cosy holiday flat with a huge roof terrace in a family backyard in the heart of Kirchheim is the perfect starting point to explore the old town of Heidelberg and the surrounding villages and spend a relaxing time. It has been renovated and furnished with great attention to detail and will enchant you with its charm and style.

The friendly neighbourhood and perfect transport connections are amazing! The tram stops just a few metres from the flat and takes you to the world-famous old town of Heidelberg in less than 30 minutes. There you will find an abundance of historical sights, cosy cafés and an atmosphere of old half-timbered houses and romantic alleyways that will enchant you.

You will find the gate and flat key in the key box labelled "3" on the left-hand side of the entrance. You will automatically receive the PIN for the key box one day before your check-in. You can enter the quiet inner courtyard through the old gate on the street. To get to your flat, go through the entrance door in the passageway on the left and up the stairs until you are standing in front of the black flat door on the first floor.

The flat itself is located on the 1st floor of an old half-timbered house and has been completely renovated for you. The exclusive style is so cosy that you will immediately feel at home. Behind the large bedroom with cosy box-spring bed, large flat-screen TV and iconic wing chair, you enter the living room with dining table and sofa bed. Behind this are the kitchen and the small shower room, followed by our wonderful roof terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to unleash your creative cooking skills. Here you'll find everything you need to cook to your heart's content.

We have also integrated a washing machine into the kitchen for you. Laundry racks, an iron and an ironing board are of course also available and can be used if required, so that longer stays are also catered for.

The flat is equally easy to reach by car and public transport.

Arrival by car:
Parking is prohibited in the street directly in front of the entrance to the flat. However, you can park your car here to unload it. However, please make sure that you do not obstruct other road users. After unloading, you should park your car in the nearby parking lot "Kerweplatz" at the community centre. Please note that charges may apply here during the day.

Arrival by train:
The "Kirchheim Rathaus" stop is very close to the flat. You will arrive here by tram if you are travelling by train from the main station and from here you can also get to the old town of Heidelberg at regular intervals. Information on arrival and departure times can be found on the VRN (Verkehrsverbund-Rhein-Neckar) website.

You will find the Wi-Fi access details and helpful tips for your stay on the kitchen table when you check in.

There is a day mummy in the inner courtyard of the building. Please note that you may hear children during the day until around 3.30pm if the little ones are not out and about or asleep. We love our neighbours and would like to ask you to be considerate and neighbourly towards each other.

We would also like to point out that the tram passes in front of our flat from time to time. This provides a very good transport connection, but you can sometimes hear it when the windows are open. If you like it particularly quiet, we recommend that you keep the windows on the street side closed and ventilate through the windows in the inner courtyard if necessary.
