Pros-The hotel is only 10 minutes close to the old town. The area is quite and close to few restaurants and cafes. Cons- I am very disappointed by the reception. The one person worst than the other- the only exception was Mark. The breakfast was good, but it was exactly the same During our 7 days stay. And as long as we were there for New Year’s Eve, we expected something more and different especially for this day

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very warm during the night and uncomfortable. We should have complained to the front desk. The included breakfast was sufficient and welcomed. The hotel is walking distance from the old city and castle. We woulld stay here again.

Great hotel in the heart of Heidelberg. Short walk from main train station with a train/trolly/bus stop just out front. Staff was excellent and helpful. There are a wide range of foods for breakfast. Missing/forgot anything...staff goes out of way to assist. Room was very clean, efficient and had just what we needed.

Convenient and pleasant hotel

Nice clean room in a hotel halfway between main station and the old town. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Free breakfast was excellent and much appreciated. There's also a supermarket on the first floor and a tram stop right outside. Minor negative points: no fridge (although this is common in most of Europe), and the air conditioning could have been a little more effective. However, these are only quibbles.

Good location

Nice room in good location with convenient indoor underground parking on a few minutes to Heidelberg Castle and the old town. Room was a bit small for 2 people with 6 weeks of clothing.
