The luxury kitchen is well-equipped, and you can dine at a real oak table while enjoying views of the Baltic Sea through five large Velux windows. The flat also includes a high-quality music system from Teufel and a collection of board games. Both bathrooms feature premium Villeroy & Boch fixtures, complemented by elegant mosaics. The Rainshower system from Grohe and built-in speakers with Bluetooth ensure a relaxing shower experience. Each of the two bedrooms has a TV, skylights with electric shutters, and a play mat for kids. Step outside to a newly paved, covered terrace with seating, heaters, a beach chair, sun loungers, and a barbecue, all facing southwest for afternoon and evening sun.
