The place was beautiful, and the rooms were clean with plenty of towels and such. The staff was very nice. I would have been able to give it a 5 Star, but we had no hot water. They said they couldn't assist us in any way due to our inconvenience because we paid through a third party. I would stay again as long as we knew we would have hot water to take a shower.

Fabulous pastries and coffee and milk and orange juice and hot tea available Monday through Friday and hot breakfast on Saturday and Sunday . scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage and either grands biscuits or French toast sticks. They have bagels regular bagels blueberry bagels and gluten-free. They offer butter, Nutella or cream cheese to put on your bagels. They have jelly and syrup and it's fabulous.

The Continental breakfast has some amazing pastries and coffee and I believe orange juice and on Saturday and Sunday They serve a hot breakfast they have scrambled eggs and French toast and link sausage little breakfast sausages and sometimes they have pancakes and smoked sausage links. And cereal and all of the pastries, milk orange juice coffee It's great

It’s very far from Helen. There is nothing meaningful or interesting inside the lodge hotel. It was pricy & the beds were nothing like comfortable. Not very good opinion on the whole check-in process. The person was rude and sounded racist with loads of attitude
