Property was as described. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. It was a short one night stay but if ever in the area we would book again.
I would like to begin this review by saying that our host âJaiâ was AMAZING! From the beginning of our reservation confirmation up until the day of departure she was wonderful! I had multiple communications with Jai & her replies were immediate & she delivered thoroughly in providing me with the responses I was looking for. Now for the amazing stay @ Buck Creek BNB it was above & beyond our expectations. From the time we arrived pulling onto the property grounds until sadly having to leave we were in awe. The building sits along side of Buck Creek, a tributary of the beautiful Cahaba River, with itâs clear and beautiful rolling water surrounded by nature in its rawest most beautiful form left us with the feeling of being in the mountains or out in the untamed countryside. As we entered Unit H we were greeted by a combination of contemporary & traditional decor done as tastefully as one may see in an issue of Better Homes & Gardens magazine. This home not only delivered in beauty, class, & elegance but in comfort as well. Every aspect one could ever require or wish for when renting was delivered and truly made our stay a âHome away from home!â. Thank you Jai, you are as much the reason making our stay forever memorable as was the home itself. You can count on a return visit from the Taylor family for years to come!
My family and I traveled to Houston to find a halfway mark. I am so glad I found this place. It is beautiful, and the staff is fantastic. We even had car trouble, and they helped us stay past our check-out time so I could get a replacement rental and jump the vehicle. Talk about service excellence. My wife and I will be back and just ourselves this time. A warning: just be prepared for a little "My Cousin Vinny" train action all day and night. They supply earplugs, but we were so tired that we didn't even care. We will be back for sure!
