Bobs my new best friend

Bob W does so many things right. 1. The style, condition and comfort of the rooms is amazing. 2. The lil extra touches make a big difference. Refillable water bottles, heated bathroom floors, actual blackout curtains, the French press w/ real coffee. 3. The WiFi is strong, the coworking space is perfect and let’s not forget about the rooftop lounge/ sauna. 4. The technology used is great. No issues. The web portal for Bob W is seamless. 5. Great location right in the heart of the city. I will 100% stay again infact on my way to another Bob W in Tallinn today.

It was good overall but our room was crammed. Sauna hours are odd and early morning. Disappointing since it was our initial attraction. The support team is quick to respond. Parking on the street can be confusing for non-locals. There are three groceries close by.

The apartment was very convenient and located next to a grocery store. It was clean and we had everything we needed. They had to process the payment differently as I booked through Expedia so I get a code to the apartment. It required extra messaging but the problem was fixed quick and we got into the apartment in time. Also they have luggage storage which was helpful. I would definitely come back.

Nice stay

Brand new hotel so prices were good - made it worth not having a concierge. Hopefully prices stay low. Location is great- next door to a Lidl. Basic rooms are very small- I think “homey” rooms are when you get a sofa and more space despite what photos show. Awesome location. Everything you need nearby. Overall nice stay. Main downside was that every morning at 7:15-7:30am there are loud banging loading/unloading something noises from outside that can be heard from both courtyard and street rooms. Lasts about 20 minutes, but disrupted my sleep.

Comfortable Stay with Convenient Location

My family of four recently stayed at Bob W Helsinki Kamppi during our visit to Helsinki, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location of the accommodation is its biggest asset. Situated close to tram connections and with a Lidl just next door, it made exploring the city very convenient. The room itself was comfortable, although we found it lacking some basic amenities like tea, salt, and basic spices for cooking, which would have been appreciated. However, the cleanliness was up to standard, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The proximity to public transportation was a big plus, allowing us to easily access various attractions around Helsinki without hassle. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, adding to the positive experience. In conclusion, while there were minor inconveniences regarding room amenities, the overall stay at Bob W Helsinki Kamppi was enjoyable, thanks to its great location and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for families looking for a convenient base to explore Helsinki.

최고의 숙박시설 중 하나입니다. 숙소 공간은 3~4인 사용에 최적이고 주방도 사용하기 편리합니다. 숙소 위치고 매우 좋아서 쇼핑센터 도보로 10분정도 트램으로 시내 중심가(항구)까지 15분이면 충분합니다. 옆건물에 큰 수퍼마켓이 있습니다. 여행용가방은 입실전에 오전부터 1, 2층에 보관하는 룸이 따로 있습니다. 2층에서 공용 거실이 있고, 공용화장실이 있으며 매우 관리가 잘되어 있습니다. 공용세탁실이 있으나 사용은 하지 않았으나, 다른 외국인 투숙객들은 잘 사용 중이었습니다.

Super clean, warm and functional apart hotel, very walkable location to everywhere, main trams goes from another side of the block. The code-system was a plus! In the kitchen you have everything what you can need for proper cooking, and all in very good shape. Only minuses was the TV, it was like from some past decade, and some very noisy construction trucks under the windows before 7.00. Ladies morning sauna was so late that I was already frustrated to wait it- so didn’t try. Otherwise, it’s everything what you can expect from very new place!
