Unfortunately I had a broken shower, the water pressure is terrible. The staff were helpful. The property doesn't feel particularly welcoming and I couldn't heat the room up enough to be comfortable.

Very well located hotel for Harry Potter Studios and also the local train station for trains into London. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent price, including a free breakfast, which was great. Most of all, the staff were all excellent, very friendly, efficient and very good at their jobs! We would definitely stay again.

Our room upon check in was awful, if you've watched saturday nite live, we had the Doneese of rooms.fixtures were corroded, the water didn't get hot, the toilet didn't flush, and the tv didn't work. We requested a new room in the morning and when returned in the afternoon, we got one of the pretty sisters. The same room, where the fixtures shone, the window opened, there was hot water and all was shiny and new!! I don't know what the first room is for, but it shouldn't be for paying guests. Breakfast was lovely, coffee was very good, and staff was friendly.

Rooms tidy but bathroom needs tlc(shower basin worn out, mould in the silicon). Kept awake from 3am. Banging sounds and what sounded like trolleys being rolled around. I assume it was the kitchen. Literally had 3 hrs sleep. Booked the hotel for the reason of wanting a good nights sleeps.

Reception staff stood out and have been amazing, recommended a local restaurant to us, which met all our needs. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for anyone visiting Harry Potter Studio Tour or even a trip into London, I highly recommend this hotel.
