This charming and quiet house in a dead-end street consists of a living space of 83 sq. m and includes:
- a nice yard with a beautiful terrace,
- a cozy living room,
- two bedrooms with double beds,
- a bedroom with two single mezzanine beds,
- two bathrooms including one with bathtub and one with shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- a parking space for a small car a the lot.

You will reach the beach and the port in only 10 min biking or 20 min by foot. The famous Abbadia castle is only 25 min away by bus. The train station located near the accommodation will allow you to easily explore the Basque Country in France and in Spain. At last, you will be able to enjoy the numerous animations of the city and try numerous nautical activities.
