Since April 2014, the Baufritz eco-friendly wooden house has been shining in new splendor.

We have refinished the house and the exterior facade with oil, and have also upgraded some of the apartments. The upper apartment, "Traumblick," has a new travertine natural stone bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower.
