Ich arbeitete selber während vielen Jahren in der Hotellerie und kann nachvollziehen wie stressig dieser Alltag ist. Deshalb fällt meine Bewertung etwas differenziert aus. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Empfang etwas unfreundlich, d.h. der Herr wirkte gestresst, was ich sehr gut nachvollziehen kann. Die Informationen wurden uns im Eiltempo vermittelt und mit etwas leiser Stimme. Alles zusammen irritierte uns ein wenig. Der Standard dieses 3-Sterne Hotels ist gut, entspricht aber nicht dem neusten Stand. Bsp.; - Es gibt einen Schlüssel pro Zimmer. Komfortabler wäre ein Kartensystem, das auf Wunsch jeder Person eine Schlüsselkarte ausgehängt werden kann. Mir ist bewusst, dass eine solche Investition kostenintensiv ist. Ein Kartensystem würde jedoch auch das Personal an der Reception entlasten. - Die Dusche ist so gebaut, dass bei eingesteckter Brause relativ viel Wasser aus der Dusche spritzt. - Ich hatte eine Massage und eine Meeresalgen-Behandlung gebucht. Der Preis für die Behandlungen war sehr preiswert. Erstaunt hat mich, dass ein Mann die Behandlungen an mir ausführte. Das nächste Mal würde ich explizit eine Frau verlangen. Ich habe kein Problem mit einem männlichen Therapeut, aber die Meeresalgen-Behandlung hätte ich gerne am ganzen Körper gehabt, d.h. auch am Po und an den Brüsten. Der Herr war freundlich distanziert, was ok ist. Ich hätte mich willkommener gefühlt, wenn er kontaktfreudiger gewesen wäre und z.bsp. über die Wirkung der Meeresalgen informiert hätte.

sehr war schöner , Personal war freundlich , Zimmer waren sauber mit ein zwei Mängel aber ansonsten war alles in Ordnung, Saunalandschaft war gut ein paar Ruheliegen mehr wäre schön,Schwimmbad und Fitnisraum waren sehr gut
