Apartment shell:
The approximately 58sqm, modern furnished duplex apartment is located in the 1st. OG and attic. On the lower level there is the dining area and the kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. From the dining area, go to the sunny balcony. There is also a bathroom with shower / WC and hairdryer on the lower level. Via a space-saving staircase you reach the living and sleeping area with seating area and TV as well as a double bed. Wi-Fi and a parking space are available free of charge. Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.
The house starfish was newly built in 2007 and is located in a quiet location in the Baltic Sea Heringsdorf in a limited traffic area. It has next to the apartment of the owner about two apartments on the upper floor of the house. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached after about 1.5km. A bicycle storage facility and a parking space for your car are available on the property.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 22:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
