Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu gehen und auch bis zur SeebrĂŒcke und den Lokalen und GeschĂ€ften ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet, jedoch ist das Sofa so in die Jahre gekommen, dass von GemĂŒtlichkeit keine Rede mehr sein kann. Optisch ist es noch gut, aber komplett durchgelesen. Die Tiefgarage mit ihren RĂ€umlichkeiten eingeschrĂ€nkten Boxen war fĂŒr uns ein KO Kriterium. Bei Tagespreise von 21 Euro auf öffentlichen StellplĂ€tzen in der NĂ€he verteuert sich der Urlaub dann unnötig. Bansin bzw Usedom ist aber immer wieder eine Reise wert.
