Stayed for 1 night. Checked in at 10:30pm and left around 10am. It was good staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a choice of waffle, cereals,some bread, bagels, yogurts. Wish they had eggs, bacon, and some stuff like that. They did had hard boiled eggs, kind of wish they had scrambled eggs.

Staff was very nice - from check in to random questions throughout our stay. Lobby area was nicely decorated for Christmas. We had a nice time relaxing in the lobby area in front of the fireplace with the complimentary hot beverages. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a very small room though with almost no storage.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and modernized. Pool and hot tub were open. We stayed here through New Year’s Eve. The hotel was very clean and we loved the Christmas decor and the smell of hot chocolate in the lobby. The breakfast was good and the lady who maintained the breakfast area was incredible. We would definitely return if we go back to Hershey.

It was an excellent stay. The breakfast we are used to usually has scrambled eggs and either bacon or sausage. The only hot food was waffles. It was very crowded so we did not use the pool or the hot tub.

I booked this motel room in Hershey because my brother-in-law was getting his bladder and prostrate removed because of bladder cancer. The doctor was concerned because of Covid/pneumonia and would not do the surgery and had to postpone it till April. I called the Motel and Expedia to try to get my Motel money either refunded or a voucher for the next time we come down in April for his surgery. They would not give me a refund.:(:(:(
