Only issue I had was the TV needed programmed twice and wouldn't work at all today. TV's are important while away from home and it was frustrating not being able to use at when I wanted to. Food was the best and the staff went out of their way to help.

Worst check in experience ever

Check in was horrible. We arrived late and was sent to the room and the card keys would not work. Second trip down to the desk to have them reset the keys and still did not work. 3rd trip we received new keys that still didn't work. 4th trip the front desk person came up and tried the key herself only to find the key still didn't work. She went back down to change our room but came back up for the 5th time to try yet again...only to find out that there was already someone in that room. Tired and grouchy as hell and still waiting to get into a room. In addition, pet fee was $75 instead of listed $50 on hotels.com. One hour later, still trying to get into a room.
