Truly wonderful! Welcoming and friendly staff; immaculate and trendy rooms; and quiet onsen bathing. The breakfast was delicious and timely, and they offer a shuttle to-and-from the train station (but it’s a short 5min walk if you want to sightsee a bit). Will definitely book again <3 本当にありがとうございます！

This was the most relaxing 2 days at the most serene spa in Izu. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The cuisine was outstanding, the chef is a genius, with the highest quality produce and fish. Do not skip breakfast and dinner. Spectacular ocean views from our room and onsen. As advertised. Take a walk to the local bakery for cakes and cookies baked onsite. One of the best stay

One of the most amazing stay I have been on. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Japan. Food is great, onsen is FANTASTIC, room is spot clean, staffs is professional and the service is great. 10/10 will stay if we ever visit Izu again.
