Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigeren Gegend etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums von Hilo und bietet eine tolle Sicht über die Stadt. Die Rainbow Falls und weitere Stationen am Wailuku River sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas älter und das Zimmer sieht genau so aus, wie man es in einer älteren Villa erwarten würde, wobei die verschiedenen Zimmer wohl sehr unterschiedlich sind.
