The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all trash and recycling into large trash bins down driveway, thru gate on left.
Please turn off all lights, fans, stove, coffee makers, TV's and AC before leaving.
Clean any dishes used during your stay. Clean, wet dishes can be left out to dry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. No shoes in the home. Furniture must not be rearranged. Limited to two vehicles. $100 fee for non-returned remotes.
No sleeping on couches without sheets. No loud noises, music or parties. No use of outdoor common areas after 9pm. No additional unapproved guests.
Check-in must be before 9pm. A fine of $500 per occurrence will be assessed for smoking on property. $1000 fine for unapproved parties.
