This is pretty close to ocean, rooms are nice and updated. The breakfast could be better only bagels, oatmeal, cereal which is hard to eat everyday. I also wish they had microwaves and a bigger fridge they have room for it. Other than that it was good.

The front desk was very thoughtful and helpful when we had a terrible time trying to get an uber from the hotel to Savannah. The hotel has a shuttle into the dining and shopping area but stops at 7 pm which is pretty inconvenient.

Our room smelt of mold and we all woke up with runny noses. Parking is tight. Nothing special about the property but I guess it is priced appropriately compared to other hotels minus the mold smells. In general Hilton Head feels manufactured for tourists and is not a place we will ever go again.

We were told that we were double booked and Spark would have to charge us for the extra room. However, I have only one confirmation notice from Hotels.com. I don't really know if it was a Hotels.com error or a Spark error. Anyway, after reaching out to Hotels.com, which then reached out to Spark, the problem resolved. It is the attitude of the front desk at first that left me a sour taste.

A nice stay for the one night we were there.

Overall very clean, front desk lady was very nice to get us into a room when we arrived before check in. The free breakfast was adequate but the day we were there the pool did not seem to be open.

This was a great short stay. 3 nights. Only negative ... not soundproof. You'll know it when College kids return from having fun at 2am & play music until 4am. We are good sleepers so it didn't bother us too much. We would absolutely stay here again.
