Room was clean and front desk woman was very nice. Beds were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. If you like the smell of weed, this is the place for you. All day and night the folks under us filled our room with the aroma. Walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I got to know my neighbors bathroom schedule as you can even hear them pee! Breakfast was HORRIBLE! We picked this hotel due to the breakfast buffet, never again. You have to wait for them to fill the pans up for over 30 mins. We thought maybe there would be different options on different days, nope same mess. Some kind of veggie omlet, turkey sausage, frozen biscuits, canned gravy. No gluten free options and same thing daily. I wouldn't feed that food to my dogs. You have to pay to park in the hotel parking lot which I find ridiculous. While we love Hilton Head and visit often, this will not be somewhere we even consider staying again.

All the staff we interacted with were very nice . The breakfast was standard breakfast . While the food was hot the room where the food is served is small and can get pretty crowded . The room appeared to have pretty fresh paint , but the bed was terrible . We found out some of the rooms didn’t get new mattresses during the renovation . I was told this would be remedied in February . People should also be made aware that there is a $10.00 a day parking fee . I wasn’t aware until we checked in . The place is a short walk to the beach & Coligny Park which is very nice .
