Also provided are serve/cookware, Keurig Duo coffee maker (pot and k-cup), toaster, and plenty of storage for your groceries. The bath features a tub/shower with new furnishings and fixtures; the master bedroom has tv, a queen bed with premium Posturepedic foundation for your comfort, a closet with ample hangers, luggage rack, and shelves to store your things. Clean and quaint beachfront condo/apartment with great amenities. It was so nice having a full size fridge to store our leftovers from all the great restaurants around the island. The location was also just perfect — just steps from the beach and minutes away from all the wonderful amenities of HHI.

The best place to stay!

We were so delighted to find Dell and Andrea’s place. It was perfect for our family. The beach was so close and we went everyday. The resort was nice and easy to navigate. We enjoyed all the personal touches that were at in the rental. I loved the railing on the top bunk. It was one of the reasons we chose this unit. The perfect place to rest from our busy days on the island. I would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

Have Asthma? Read This.

This property is a great location, can’t beat it! The unit itself is clean and the owners were very nice and provided great recommendations. If you have asthma or other breathing issues though this is not for you. This whole property has moisture/mold issues. Even the hallways smelled. I haven’t had an asthma attack in 20 years. When we notified the owner he quickly responded and let us know he would be having the unit tested which is all we could ask.

Perfect place for a couple.

Our stay was perfect! The place was super clean and well supplied. We were supplied with Dove products in the bathroom and there were more than enough towels. Dell was very conscientious and great to deal with. Thanks for a terrific time.

Loved this cozy condo ! Perfect for a couple or small family . Very Very clean and comfy with thoughtful touches throughout. Close to the beach and restaurants and shopping . Nice, quiet stay

We had a great time at this property. It was very quiet, very clean, and updated. We didn't experience any issues. It was very easy to get in and out of, and I liked that they had a security guard to get in and out. It has a fully functioning kitchen and they have pots and pans. The island was perfect for our family to play card games on. My only suggestions would be black out curtains in the bedroom and thicker pillows. I'm sure we will be back!

Extremely Responsive Host, and Beautiful Place.

We had a wonderful stay, and loved this Villa. As others have said, it is extremely well maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The water pressure is awesome as well, which leads to nice showers, and easy dish clean up. All the beds are very comfortable, including the pull out couch (which I feel like is a rarity for those.) The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need for your stay. The Host is extremely responsive and happy to help answer or help in any way he can. This place is definitely an A++, with an equally rated host.

Clean, updated, convenient

We have been coming to this resort for a few years and have stayed all over the villa buildings. This unit was, by FAR the cleanest, most updated and equipped unit that we have ever stayed in. The location made it easy and go back and forth to the beach and pool. The bathroom was updated with a great quality, deep tub that my daughter loved taking baths in. I enjoyed the incredible water pressure in the shower!

Great Family Condo

Our family really enjoyed our week stay. The unit was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 children. They enjoyed having their own special space with the bunk beds. We loved using the pull out sofa for watching movies together! The resort pool is always a favorite. Thanks for a great week!

We really enjoyed our visit. Like everyone says it was extremely clean. Updated condo. The pictures don’t do it justice. Just a short walk from the condo to the beach. Our 3 and 5yr old did great in the bunk beds. The pull out sofa was pretty comfy too! We enjoyed pulling that out and piling on for family movie night. Comfortable bed and pillows in the main room. Nice playground, pool, and kiddie pool. Outside showers by pool/boardwalk to hose off the sand. Host was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Easy contactless check-in and check out process. Would highly recommend. Great value.
