The Space:

Our 3rd floor ocean front 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa is perfect for your family vacation. This villa has stunning and calming ocean views from the double sized balcony. The unit is cozy and has a coastal feel. It has a Queen bed in the Master and a private master bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room has a pull-out sofa to easily sleep 6 and not feel cramped. The villa features a white and bright kitchen with quartz counter tops and a glass tiled backsplash. The floors are tiled throughout. Enjoy your own piece of paradise, Put your toes in the sand and splash in the ocean at one of the best white sandy beaches on Hilton Head Island. Enjoy the pool at Admiral Row or the second pool at the resort which is the largest beach pool on Hilton Head.

The kids will enjoy the summer fun the resort has to offer with Monday night movie at the pool and fun activities during the week. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, beach bar, huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there.



There are drinks and food at the poolside cafe, pizza and a sports pub are located at conference center. Bike rentals right at the Resort, and the ice cream stand is open seasonal. Lots of public golf nearby, tennis courts and pickleball on site, Largest beach front pool on Hilton Head, a workout room and playground. Washers and Dryers on site in building, and an elevator close by. This is a gated resort with 24-hour security and on-site check -in.



Hilton Head Island has 50+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze trolly for public transportation at the entrance of the resort, and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island.

Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

My friends and I had the best time! We had an amazing view and it took us less than 2 minutes to get to the beach (including going down the elevator). The property is older but the unit is updated and clean. It also had a very well stocked kitchen and included things like a kettle, coffee maker (for pods), plenty of pots/pans and plates/cups. We also loved that there is security at the front and they also go around the property on a regular basis - which was a huge plus for us. Not only were the amenities perfect, but we also received prompt answers to any questions; hands down the best communication we’ve ever had from a Vrbo stay.

The condo has a great ocean view from balcony. It is close to the elevator and stairs, and it is a short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and didn't look outdated.

The beach view and access at this unit is incredible. Guests can be on the beach after a short one minute walk. Some improvements at this unit can make it a five star stay. First, the wet carpet on the balcony should be removed. A proper lock needs to be installed on the balcony door instead of the improvised nail lock. Leaving guests with a few more trash bags and toilet paper rolls would be helpful. Lastly, dishwasher pods instead of messy loose powder would be preferable.

FANTASTIC GIRLS TRIP

We had 3 adult ladies stay for 4 nights. Checking in process was so easy and reception desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We did have a good laugh trying to find our building but once it was found it was easy to get to from that point on. The condo was perfect for us and had everything you'd need. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. We used the balcony every day and loved that view! The walk onto the beach was a very short distance and loved the shower and shoe cleaners right before entering. We didn't get to experience either of the pools because the weather didn't really cooperate but they looked great. We did go to the onsite restaurant and the food was good and staff was great. A big bonus was having the free island trolley stop right outside the resort and we took advantage of this. We had 1minor issue and it wasn't even an issue. The power went out in the bathrooms in the unit and as soon as I reported it they sent maintenance immediately. The man was terrific and made me feel better about myself about missing the breaker being tripped.Overall we had a great stay, great communication with the owner and highly reccomend this place. We hope to return again.

The view was great! Not easy to pack in and out of room (stairs to elevator). Kept waking up hot at night. Even though the air was running it wasnt circulating unless you opened the doors of the bedrooms.

Spectacular View

Great property with spectacular views of the ocean from inside the villa as well as the balcony. Liked the double balcony, spacious feel of the rooms, keyless entry, and with a great kitchen table for dining and games or puzzles. Will definitely check availability for this unit for our next trip to Hilton Head. Also, we like this location on the island.
