We had the best time at our stay! The condo was cozy and clean, and came stocked with some soap and other products that we needed around the place. We also very much appreciated having the extra beach towels to take out and use, since we stayed wet basically our whole time there. We had 9 of us there altogether, and there was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. We will definitely be back again!

Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The management staff was incredibly responsive and helpful for all our needs. We had some trouble with the doors locking and they came right out and fixed our issue. The condo had everything we could need including towels and kitchen supplies. It was also very spacious. Our family had a great time between the beach and the pool. The proximity to Coligny plaza was also great! We would absolutely consider another stay here!

Steps from the beach!

We had a great vacation! Just enough space for multiple families to rent. Pool was heated in October. We hope to be back next yr! We had to rent our own chairs and beach toys, really the only downfall renting here. Other than that, nice place.

Just shy of being perfect

We were so pleased with the location of the condo. It really is steps to the beach as so many listings say but you never know. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the Coligny shops. The landscaping was very nice as was the pool. I loved the calm beachy vibe of the condo decor and loved the lay out as everyone had their own space when needed. I would have rated this a 5 but there were some things that didn't work as well as we were expecting, the major one being able to connect to WIFI. Unfortunately we had some in our group that had to work while on vacation and since this is pointed out in the description we thought it would not be a problem. After 3-4 phone calls and trying different things-spending more time inside rather that out enjoying the beautiful view they gave up and it did not make working near as convenient. Another issue was both of the sliding doors (main level and to rooftop deck)were awful to open and close, the doors themselves appeared to be older and the tracks were a mess. When going in and out it got to be a pain that you could barely get them to shut. The other minor thing was that the rooftop deck was so nice but hard to enjoy in the evening as there weren't the string lights shown in the picture and the only light you could turn on was very bright. Overall it was nice and we would stay again but hope that these things would be addressed. Especially for someone who needs to work.

Great place to vacation, would do it again!

Large rental in a great location. Pool was warm and beach was walking distance. Lots of linens/bedding, cooking utensils/appliances and even some beach chairs/toys in the closet. Great place for our multi-family vacation. There was a welcome bag with free water, popcorn and cookies. Host2coast co. Provided a free beach tote bag to use and keep. Carpet did need cleaning in one bedroom and windows were not sound proof at all- road traffic and some loud neighbors kept us up a couple times.

Amazing location! Right on the beach! Great area for families. Safe and secure, gated building. Close to incredible restaurants, coffee places, liquor stores, grocery shopping. Host was so helpful. Very clean and spacious! Just awesome. Best place we’ve stayed.

Not inviting

From the time that we arrived we did not feel invited. The entryway was extremely dirty and could have used a good power washing. When we went inside we noticed how dirty the rugs were, the walls were dirty and the furniture could use a good cleaning. We immediately started calling around for hotels to stay at. It’s sad that we lost 2700.00 dollars and had to spend even more to stay down the street. I hope that leaving this review the owner will spend some time cleaning this place for future guests.
