This house is equipped with absolutely everything you would ever need for a vacation near the beach! We even had some rainy days and it didn’t matter because there were so many fun things for the kids to do at the house! I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home with your family.

Late July 2025 stay

Check in was super easy. Code worked easily as well Wonderful proximity to a lot of shops, restaurant and the beach. House was very clean. The upstairs bedroom/loft had a few minor repairs that could be done and main button on sit down 2 person arcade game didn’t work - my grandson bummed on that one. Rest of the house was very very nice. Laundry was wonderful to have! Management was great on communication and answering some questions we had. I would recommend renting a golf cart. Great process there as well and soooo nice to have to shuttle folks to the beach as we were in a heat wave and though the walk wasn’t long, about 10 min, got very hot with carrying stuff, the cart worked great to get them there quickly. The pool was THE best! A life saver in the heat and where we spent most of our time! Putting green area awesome as well! Wonderful they had all the beach toys, chairs and kitchen stuff there too! Much appreciated all of that! House was not as spread out as online photos looked but still roomy. The bedroom and bath set up for the upper floors was a bit confusing online vs being there and seeing the set up but again, was still very good on space. Lovely property!

This house was perfect for our 3 families!! Our kids ranged from 8-19 and they were all entertained and happy the entire week. It was close to the beach and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect for a group beach trip

This place had everything we needed! It's a very quick walk to a beautiful, not-crowded beach and carting distance to just about anything on the island. One of our days was a little chilly and our group just stayed on the property with no-one complaining of boredom. I will advise you, the pond behind the house is very pretty but does contain a couple of alligators. But it's all fenced away so no danger.

Great Stay

The house was amazing a perfect for a friends and family trip. The oldest kids loved the bunks and the adults who slept on the bigger bunks were still comfortable. The pool was warm enough to use at night. Overall amazing house would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

Property was as expected but farther from beach than we expected. Pool was used often. Overall a nice rental in a nice neighborhood. Near mini golf and arcade which the kids loved.

Wonderful Place

This property was a hit with our family! Kids ages 18 to 5! We enjoyed the movie room every night & took advantage of the covered pool!! Close the the beach as well! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Total Blast

This property was everything we wanted! We slept 6 adults and 12 kids comfortably. The property had a ton of pool and beach accessories (sand toys, chairs, beach wagons, noodles) and it had enough things to cook with/in to feed everyone. The heated pool was perfect after a day at the beach and the kids loved the gator in the pond behind the house (on the other side of the fence). Would definitely stay here again.

good overall

The only negative things were that the shower drains did not drain properly and that the house pool was not heated as advertised. Because the weather was bad the whole time we were there, it would have been nice to have a heated pool as it was too cold for the kids to use. the management did offer the pool next door but that was only the day before we left.

Spring Break Family Vacay

The house was more than we expected! There were 19 of us, ranging from 6 months to 78 years old! It was the perfect walk to the beach! The house was beautifully decorated and had so many kitchen supplies! The heated pool was swam in daily by most of us and was spectacular with the TV and lights in the evening! Plenty of room in the house for everyone to eat or sit and visit! It was so nice to have beach towels, bath towels and the washer and dryer! Plenty of showers for everyone! The ping pong table, video arcade and movie theater gave the kids and adults plenty to do when we weren’t swimming, sight seeing or at the beach! A must stay at Hilton Head!

Beautiful House

The property is immaculate. The neighborhood can be noisy at night due to large groups renting big houses that are packed in close together, but the house is very well insulated, and the nuisance was minor. The house is also very solid - found that out when Hurricane Elsa passed through while we were here. The kitchen was missing a few basics that come in handy when cooking but overall a gorgeous and comfortable house with a very responsive owner/manager.

Excellent, well maintained and managed home. Well stocked with silverware, dishes, glasses and spices. Lots of nice touches including pool toys and wagons and chairs for the beach. Very good experience.

All we hoped for!

With four family units, the size and arrangement of the bedrooms gave each family their space and privacy. Stuffed animals, games and toys kept kids entertained while waiting for beach or pool time. The pool and theater room were much appreciated for both kids and adults. The decor is beautifully done - restful and inviting. Thank you for a fun and memorable vacation week!

Great relaxing vacation

Beautiful home, very spacious, comfortable. Rick thought of everything. No expense spared. Very clean. Minutes away from the beach and short drive to shops and restaurants. We will definitely return and are even considering purchasing our own property in sandcastle by the sea.

Great place for a getaway with family

Quick walk to the beach, had all amenities that we needed, heated pool was small but still large enough for our group. Big rooms with lots of places for the kids.
