Courtside 61 befindet sich in neuem Besitz und sie haben mehrere Upgrades durchgeführt. Das Gerät verfügt über alle neuen Teppiche, neue Bettwäsche, neue Wohnzimmer Schlafsofa, neue Esszimmerstühle, neue Fliesenböden und Wasserhähne in den Bädern sowie viele andere dekorative Gegenstände. Die Wohnung ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand und nur wenige Schritte vom Pool entfernt. Das Courtside 61 verfügt über ein Schließfach ohne Schlüssel, WLAN und Flachbildfernseher. King in Master BR, Queen und Full in Guest BR, Schlafsofa in LR

Wir fühlen uns geehrt, unseren Traum mit Ihnen zu teilen. Nach Jahren des Träumens, Planens und Arbeitens ist es uns gelungen, unsere Traumwohnung zu sichern.

Wir haben viele Bereiche unseres zweiten Zuhauses erneuert und aktualisiert, um Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm und angenehm zu gestalten. Es gibt so viele wundervolle Aktivitäten auf Hilton Head Island, außer dem Abenteuer, Gebiete rund um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Gemeinde hier verbessert sich weiter durch neue Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Kunst, Radfahren, Tennis, Golfen, Bootfahren, Kreuzfahrten, historische Touren und die Renovierung der Strände.

Einen Tag am Strand zu verbringen, ist eine unserer Lieblingsbeschäftigungen. Wir sind nur anderthalb Häuserblocks vom wunderschönen 12-Meilen-Strand entfernt. Spazieren Sie am ruhigen Wasser entlang, spielen Sie Frisbee, bauen Sie Sandburgen, lesen Sie und sitzen Sie und lassen Sie sich von Delfinen zieren, die uns beobachten.

An den Tagen, an denen Sie einfach nur in der Nähe bleiben und zu Hause entspannen möchten, befindet sich unser Gerät in unmittelbarer Nähe zu 1 von 2 Pools. Einfach einen Stuhl hochziehen und am Pool sitzen.

Wenn Sie eine Partie Tennis spielen möchten, gehen Sie zum Tenniscenter Van Der Meer. Oder spielen Sie eine Runde Golf auf einem der 25 Golfplätze. Für das Nachtleben gibt es Weinbars, Nachtclubs, Dinner-Kreuzfahrten und fantastische Theater.

Die Wohnung ist eine offene Einheit mit viel Licht und perfekt in der Nähe der Lagune, nur wenige Schritte vom Pool entfernt. Diese Einheit ist eine Einheit im Erdgeschoss ohne Stufen und Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung.

Das Courtside liegt 1 1/2 Häuserblocks vom Strand entfernt und in der Nähe der Coligny Plaza. Das Coligny Plaza bietet mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants zur Unterhaltung. Nach einem heißen Sommertag können Sie bei einem Spaziergang oder einer kurzen Radtour ein Eis essen.

Very comfortable villa. Pool outside the villa suddenly out of order the last part of our stay. I heard there was another pool but never checked it out as it was not right outside our patio as this one was. Everything else was as advertised and clean and comfortable.

The screen door was not working the best so we gave management a heads up so it didn’t become a bigger issue. They sent someone out in a few hours and fixed it. The only negative was the “free” rental equipment. The chairs were of high quality but the bikes were not. They were fine riding to Coligny or nearby but we will bring our own next time for long rides. They were included so not complaining- more of an FYI. Great place, easy to work with rental service. We will be back!

Management attempted to help, but privately owned and there is a process to fix. We were out to dinner and got back late when they offered to move us, hard with the family. AC had not been working for a while, so it should have been noted. Window was broken for a very long time. Management was quick to respond, and the place was clean. If things are fixed it would be a great place to stay.

Beautiful Place. Amazing location

The apartment was great. We stayed with 4 adults, a 3.5 year old, and 5 month old. The place was updated and spacious. Each bedroom had plenty of room and each waslarger than pictured. The location was the best and less than a 10 minute walk from restaurants, the beach and playgrounds. The pool was very clean and our daughter loved swimming in it every day. Would recommend this unit and the Seaside team to anyone looking to visit Hilton Head with their family! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
