** From Feb. 10, 2025, through May 2, 2025, the resort will be undergoing a seal coating project on the roof of the Morning Glory (9400), Live Oak (9500), Sea Oat (9600), and Main Lobby buildings. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.

** Beginning May 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025 the resort will be undergoing our Elevator Modernization project.
